THE PROCESS

Below is a roadmap of your health journey. The entire process is fully remote, so choose a time and location that works for you!
STEP 1 The Discovery Call

A free 20-minute call will kick off the process. It’s a way for us to see if we’re a match, before committing to the process.

STEP 2 Health Assessment

You will then be asked to provide thorough information about your health, lifestyle and complaints. Any scans, blood work and other tests also help us arrive to a clearer picture.

STEP 3 The First Session

During the 2-hour consultation, we will discuss in detail your health condition, address your concerns, discuss your preferences, habits. We will set your goals and agree on best way for you to approach it.

STEP 4 Plan Development and Introduction

Creation of a strict and detailed nutrition and lifestyle plan based on your needs, focusing on dietary changes, potential supplements, and practical strategies to support your health goals.

STEP 5 Follow-ups

Checking in with a follow-up consultation in about 4 weeks. Further follow-up sessions and adjustments according to needs.
